Created for financial advisors and investment consultants, as well as portfolio managers and client services and sales professionals, among others, the CIPM designation helps financial professionals stand out as a highly knowledgeable investment performance specialists, able to better deliver actionable investment insights and maximize efficiency.

Regularly reviewed and updated for relevance, the CIPM curriculum has been developed based on the research and practical application of more than 1,000 investment practitioners. Seventy percent of the program’s curriculum covers the evaluation of portfolio performance and risk, with the remaining 30 percent of the material covering professional standards and ethics.
